This medicine is commonly used for: Heartburn and acid reflux Indigestion and dyspepsia Gastric discomfort due to excess acid Bloating and gas (flatulence) Stomach upset and hyperacidity It works by neutralizing stomach acid and reducing gas formation, helping to relieve discomfort and improve digestion. Composition Each 5 mL contains: Aluminium Hydroxide BP – 300 mg Magnesium Hydroxide BP – 100 mg Magnesium Trisilicate BP – 150 mg Simeticone BP – 25 mg Dosage and Administration Route of Administration: Oral Shake well before use. Take as directed by a healthcare professional, usually after meals and at bedtime. Use a measuring device and do not exceed the recommended dose.
