Amino 100 Tablet 100 mg (Aminophylline) – Uses, Dosage & Benefits Amino 100 Tablet contains aminophylline, a bronchodilator used in the management of respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This medicine is commonly used for: Treatment and prevention of bronchial asthma symptoms Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Relief of bronchospasm and breathing difficulty Adjunct therapy in other obstructive airway diseases It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the airways, helping to open the bronchial passages and improve airflow to the lungs. Composition Each uncoated tablet contains: Aminophylline BP – 100 mg Excipients with known effects: Dibasic calcium phosphate (50 mg), Magnesium stearate (4 mg) Dosage and Administration Route of Administration: Oral Take as prescribed by a healthcare professional, usually in divided doses. Dosage is individualized based on patient response and clinical condition. The tablet may be broken for ease of swallowing but not for dose division.
