Annymoxifen Tablet 20 mg (Tamoxifen Citrate) – Uses, Dosage & Benefits Annymoxifen Tablets contain tamoxifen citrate, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used primarily in the treatment and prevention of certain types of breast cancer. This medicine is commonly used for: Treatment of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer Prevention of breast cancer recurrence after surgery or other therapy Management of breast cancer in both pre- and post-menopausal women Reduction of risk in high-risk patients for breast cancer It works by blocking estrogen receptors in breast tissue, thereby slowing or stopping the growth of hormone-dependent cancer cells. Composition Each tablet contains: Tamoxifen Citrate BP – equivalent to Tamoxifen base 20 mg Excipients – q.s. Dosage and Administration Route of Administration: Oral Take as prescribed by a healthcare professional, usually once daily. It may be taken with or without food. Dosage and duration depend on the type and stage of cancer and patient response to therapy.
