Clognil Tablet 75 mg (Clopidogrel) – Uses, Benefits & Safety Information Clognil Tablet contains clopidogrel, an antiplatelet medication widely prescribed to help prevent harmful blood clots in patients at risk of cardiovascular events. It is commonly used in individuals with a history of heart attack, stroke, or peripheral arterial disease. This medicine is commonly used for: • Prevention of blood clots (thrombosis) • Reducing risk of heart attack and stroke • Management after certain heart procedures (e.g., stent placement) • Long-term cardiovascular protection Clopidogrel works by inhibiting platelet aggregation, preventing platelets in the blood from sticking together and forming clots that could block arteries. Composition Each film-coated tablet contains: Clopidogrel (as Clopidogrel Bisulfate) – 75 mg Route of Administration: Oral Dosage Take exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. It can be taken with or without food, but should be taken at the same time daily for best results. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
