It helps improve blood flow by relaxing and widening blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood efficiently. Dilopax 10mg is frequently used for: - Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Chronic stable angina (chest pain) - Vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal’s angina) - Reducing risk of cardiovascular complications It works by inhibiting calcium ions from entering vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle cells.
