1. INFORMATION ABOUT PACKAGING MATERIALS(LABELS, JACKETS ETC)

The PHARMADEC®drops are in 15ml bottles while the syrups are in 100ml bottles with a graduated cup.PHARMADEC®drops are packed with a graduated dropper in the jacket to be used for dispensing. The picture is seen above.

1. THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS/REASONABLY FORSEEABLE USE

• It is used in prevention and treatment of vitamins deficiencies
• It is also used as a supplement to normal diet in children.

1. DOSAGE/METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION/ THE EXPOSED(TARGETED POPULATION)

Dosage for Pharmadec drops:

Infants under 1year, 0.3ml (lower mark on dropper)

Infants over 1 year, 0.6ml (higher mark on the dropper)

Dosage for Pharmadec syrups:

PHARMADEC® SYRUPS are given to children up to 2 years old

• children up to 2 years old, one teaspoonful daily
• over 2years, two teaspoonful daily
• Adults; 2-4 teaspoonfuls daily.

Method of Administration:PHARMADEC® DROPS are given once each day dropped on the back of the tongue or mixed with milk, fruit juices or other suitable drinks.

1. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

• Do not use more than the prescribed dosage.
• Use the graduated measuring cup provided with the product.

1. PREGNANCY/ LACTATION

No effect on pregnancy/lactation.

1. OVERDOSE(SIGNS,SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT)

PHARMADEC® DROPS AND SYRUPS are usually well tolerated. In case of any abnormal reaction, the doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.

1. SHELF LIFE/STORAGE

• Shelf life is one and half years from the date of manufacture
• Store below 250C and keep from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Do not use this product after expiry of date.
